American Express alleges it is owed more than $160,000

GRETNA – American Express is seeking more than $162,000.

American Express National Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ed Sabo and Trinity Bay Pipe.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due of $162,122.75 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
