NEW ORLEANS – A loan company is seeking more than $64,000 in sums due.
Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Elizabeth Ann Bolger.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage alleging that the defendant is negligent in the balance of $64,895.78 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Emily Holley of Shapiro & Daigrepoint LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
