GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $157,000.
Caliber Home Loans Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Francisco J. Flores.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $157,003 plus interest on a mortgage.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
