GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages for a fall at a shopping center.
Andrea S. Lestelle filed a complaint on Oct. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Old Metairie Village Limited Partnership and Stirling Properties LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Oct. 15, 2017 when the plaintiff alleges that she was caused personal injury. The plaintiff said she was caused to trip on a cement obstacle that was in her way but not visible.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Mark Suprenant of Adams & Reese LLP in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
