GRETNA –– A couple face a lawsuit for an alleged $106,000 debt.
Ditech Financial LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Craig J. Guidry and Lucretia W. Guidry.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay on an outstanding balance of $106,546.31, plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey J. Giroir of the Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
