GRETNA –– A Jefferson Parish resident faces a lawsuit from a finance company.
Prestige Financial Services Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Raed Mi Sadi.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay on an outstanding balance of $7,915.80 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward J. Bourdeau in Lafayette.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
