GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,000.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Justin H. Welch.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $2,233.62 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
