GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $1,900 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jeffrey G. Fuchnicht.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,912.07 plus interest.
