GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,800 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Phillip A. Dudley.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has been negligent in paying off the balance of $3,890.70 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
