GRETNA – A man alleges he was injured when a ceiling tile fell on him.
Darius Parker filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nationwide Insurance Co. and Wire Tech LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Oct. 22, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the defendant's store and was struck by a falling ceiling tile.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Anthony Irpino of Irpino, Avin & Hawkins in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
