Capital One claims customer owes more than $2,300

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,300 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ronald J. Miranda.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,337.53 plus interest, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
