GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $4,300.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ruth C. Stephens.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,326.09 alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
