GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $9,600.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dustin Martin.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $9,642.33 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorney LLC in Baton Rouge.
