GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $38,000.
Ally Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charles Joseph Kerner Jr.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $38,775.46 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
