Ally Bank is seeking over $38,000 on open account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $38,000.

Ally Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charles Joseph Kerner Jr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $38,775.46 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Earl Sundmaker II of The Sundmaker Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
