NEW ORLEANS – A woman alleges she was caused to slip and fall in a bathroom.
Betty Brisco filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood Co.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Nov. 15, 2017 alleging that the defendant was negligent and caused the plaintiff to slip and fall in the restroom.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Marc Frischhertz of Frischhertz, Poulliard, Frishhertz & Impasato LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.
