A man alleges that he fell in a Home Depot

GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for a fall in a Home Depot.

Thomas C. Causin Jr. filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Home Depot U.S.A. Inc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Nov. 20, 2017, when the plaintiff was at the Home Depot in Harahan. The suit claims the plaintiff was injured when approaching a service desk, and was caused to trip and fall in the store.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Philip Gattuso in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
