Wells Fargo seeks more than $132,000 on unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for more than $132,000.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Naomi Gentris Gooden, aka Naomi Gentris Speed Gooden, and Craig Gooden.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $132,346.63 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
