GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $139,000.
JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alfred Peter Bland Joyce Anna Verrett.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $139,109.34 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Reed of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette LLP in Baton Rouge.
