GRETNA – A law firm is seeking damages after their telephone company breached contract.
Charbonnet Law Firm LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Windstream Communications LLC and Network Telephone LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for breach of contract, alleging the defendant has failed their client, the plaintiff, in their responsibility to provide telephone services as contracted.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Vance Ott in Metairie.
