GRETNA – An LLC is seeking damages for an alleged breach of contract.
Nu Worx LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against ABC Supply Co. Inc., Malarkey Roofing Products, and Herbert Malarkey Roofing Co.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a breach of contract that took place on Nov. 1, 2017 after the defendant allegedly failed to supply the plaintiff with shingles that were in the correct condition.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Phillip Ciaccio Jr. in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
