GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $4,700 in sums due.
Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Joshua Gunter.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,730.04 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
