GRETNA – A capital company is seeking more than $2,300 in sums due.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rosemary Mendoza.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,318.53 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
