GRETNA – A capital company is seeking more than $2,800 in sums due.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael Bonstaff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $2,854.49.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
