Credit union is seeking over $41,000 on open account

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking more than $41,000 in sums due.

Neighbors Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Oct. 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kailyn Michel Roper and Tyler Anthony Michel.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for $41,098.54 plus interest, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by
