GRETNA – An auto financing company is seeking more than $6,100.
Autovest LLC as assignee of GFC Lending LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rashad Williams.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $6,110.10 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph Fick Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
