GRETNA – A finance company is seeking more than $2,600.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tina Bonstaff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,612.08.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
