GRETNA – A trading company is seeking more than $156,000.
N.A. Trading Co. filed a complaint on Oct. 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Hai Duong.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $156,793.53 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by F. Richard Sprinkle of Sprinkle Law Firm in Baton Rouge.
