Credit union seeks over $26,000 on open account

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking more than $26,000.

New Orleans Fireman's Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Barrett L. Yoe.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $26,659.94 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph Mouton II of D'Aquila, Contreras & Vega in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789138.
