GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $5,900.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Travis P. Talamo.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant is indebted for the balance of $$5,928.02 plus interest.
