Bank of America files court action seeking over $21,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $21,000.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mamina Turegano.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $21,656.46 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
