GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $58,000 on a mortgage.
U.S. Bank National Association filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Chester Boudoin III.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of a mortgage in the balance of $58,603.65 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
