GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $1,000.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against George G. Dupree.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,032.86 plus interest, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
