Target customer sues after allegedly falling down in restroom

GRETNA – Menyoun Miller filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Target Corp. of Minnesota. According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an alleged incident on Dec. 18, 2017, when the plaintiff was at the Target, at 1731 Manhattan Blvd., in Jefferson Parish. 

The plaintiff allegedly slipped and fell on a slick bathroom floor where there was water.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William E. Mura Jr. in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
