GRETNA – Discover Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Terri Romano seeking $7,717.50 plus interest in past due payments.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
