GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $1,600 in sums due.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kenton D. Robins.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,654.03 plus interest.
