GRETNA – Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Simon Collor Sr., alleging that the defendant has an overdue balance.
The plaintiff is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $3,068.58 plus interest. The defendant is accused of sums due.
