GRETNA – Midland Funding filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sean Taylor. According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking $5,834.72 plus interest in past due payments.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
