GRETNA – Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Louis A. Bauder, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $3,080.75.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
