GRETNA – A collection agency is seeking more than $1,700 in sums due.
Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Shaunta Moore.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,778.04 plus interest.
