Ad company sues for more than $65,000

GRETNA – Matrix Advertising filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu and Montesi.

The plaintiff is alleging that the defendant is indebted for $65,234.65 plus interest. The suit states that the plaintiff is an advertising company that works on legal advertising commercials and promotions. The plaintiff alleges that it has made amicable demand to the defendant, but the defendant has remained negligent in the balance due. 

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Celeste Brastowicz of Cooper Law Firm in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
