Delgado Community College seeks over $1,000

Lawsuits

NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking more than $1,000.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community Colle gefiled a complaint on Nov. 2 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Kaila Barattini.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the balance of $1,010.53 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Scott Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons. 

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-11063.
