A condo association is seeking balance due of $7,466.05

NEW ORLEANS – A condominium association is seeking more than $7,000 in damages, alleging that the defendant has an outstanding balance.

1201 Canal Condominium Association Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against resident Christopher Ivan Lund.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $7,466.05 plus interest.

The plaintiff alleges that Lund failed to pay the regular charges of the condominium association and is now also obligated to pay a late fee.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Thomas M. Beh of Elkins PLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
