GRETNA – Lakeview Loan Servicing filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rochiuss Marie Williams seeking past due payments of $185,696.41 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
