GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Lisa Soto alleging an overdue balance.
The plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $10,832.18 plus interest. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
