GRETNA – JP Morgan Chase Bank National Association filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Keith Tassin as trustee of the Christa O'Brien Special Needs Trust.
The plaintiff is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $43,260.81 plus interest. The allegations are that the defendant has failed to pay the mortgage since May 2018, resulting in the balance owed to the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of sums due in a mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel A. Reed of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette LLP in Baton Rouge.
