GRETNA – A financial corporation is seeking more than $1,100 in sums due.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nedra R. Argullard for sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,107.36 plus interest on a Comenity Bank account for Victoria's Secret. The plaintiff alleges that despite amicable demand, the defendant has still remained negligent in paying off the sums due to Victoria's Secret.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
