Midland Funding files court action seeking over $3,800

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,800 in sums due.

Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nihad Hindi.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due. The suit states the defendant has been negligent in paying off the balance of $3,880.88 plus interest. The plaintiff has allegedly sought amicable demand, but the defendant has still been negligent in paying off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789180.
