GRETNA – Discover Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jennifer Marie Trisko.
Discover Bank is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $21,246.78 plus interest, claiming that even though the plaintiff has made amicable demand, the defendant has still been negligent in paying the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.
