Bank of America is seeking nearly $3,000 in past-due payments

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking nearly $3,000 from a customer who allegedly has failed to pay off a debt.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Colt C. Colletti. According to the complaint, the plaintiff is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed of $2,807.35 plus interest. The plaintiff claims that the plaintiff has even sought amicable demand but to no avail as the defendant has remained negligent in the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account, according to court documents.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
