GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Gustavo A. Trochez and Erika P. Trochez, alleging an unpaid balance on a mortgage.
The suit states the defendant allegedly failed to keep up with payments on a property. The plaintiff has made amicable demands but to no avail, according to the lawsuit. The defendant remains negligent for $66,897.16 plus interest of 5.5% per year until paid.
The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage payment. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
